Replacement
Effective July 1, 2000
The purpose of this policy is to
provide additional security to homes
within the Association, and to present
a uniform and pleasing appearance.

Size Specifics
Fences will be of uniform height
with adjoining fences not less than
six feet, nor more than eight
feet in height, and constructed with
fence posts to the interior of the
property.
Fence posts will be steel, set
in concrete to a depth of 18"
to 24". Cedar wood will be used
for all pickets and stringers. It
is highly recommended, but not required,
that the completed fence be treated
with a water resistant preservative.
Deviation Process
The Architectural
Control Committee and the Board
of Directors must approve
any deviations from this policy.
