Pool Rules - Revised April, 2007
All families using the pool must
have a pool key.
Please remember that every home is allowed
a maximum of two guests at a time,
unless you've made prior arrangements
to rent out the pool for a party.
- No sharp objects or glass of any
kind are allowed in the pool or the
pool area.
- No pets allowed in the pool or pool
area.
- Proper swimwear only, positively
no cut-offs.
- Children 14 and under must be accompanied
by a responsible adult over 18 years
of age.
- No running, rough play, ball playing,
pushing, tag games, or wrestling in
the pool or pool area.
- No diving in shallow water or from
the step rails
- No sitting or playing on the pool
rope is allowed; the rope must remain
fastened at all time - no
exceptions.
- Only water toys are allowed in the
pool area: no skate boards, skates,
roller blades, or bicycles are allowed
in the pool or pool area.
- No profanity or obscene language
is allowed; no radios or other such
electronics are allowed.
- No eating, drinking, or smoking in
the pool.
- No alcoholic beverages allowed in
the pool or pool area. Food and soft
drinks must be contained
in the cabana area and in plastic containers.
- If the restrooms are open, use them.
If not, use the facilities at your
home.
- No littering is allowed; trash cans
are provided.
- Do not tamper with the pool equipment.
- Any person with open wounds or a
communicable disease is not permitted
in the pool.
- An adult homeowner must accompany
any guests.
- All families using the pool must have
a pool key. A key can be obtained through
the management company if the homeowner
is in good
standing with
the Association, and a $25.00 charge
will be made on your account for the
key. This is refundable when the key
is returned at the time of the sale
of the property.
- Grills are allowed in the cabana
area only when the tables are reserved
for a party. To reserve the pool for
an event, please contact
a board member.
Remember
Do Not: sit, stand, lay, pull,
play, disconnect, or hold onto
the rope in a non-emergency.
The rope must be
properly attached or the pool will
be closed until repairs are made.

Pool Keys
The
lock on the pool gate was changed and a new key provided in 2001.
If you did not receive a key then your association dues are not
current; you must bring them current to receive a key.
The
keys cannot be duplicated. The keys are numbered, and the key you
receive is registered to your address.
A
$25 charge will be made to replace your key if it is lost, misplaced,
or stolen and you wish to replace it. If you sell your home a $25.00
fee will be charged at closing if the key is not returned to the
association at:

Pool Schedule
The pool is open from Memorial Weekend through Labor
Day Weekend.
Following Labor Day Weekend, the pool will be open on weekends
for the month of September.
Times of operation are 10:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. |
